This Privacy Policy applies to 3D Build Designer’s public website, hosted designer, contractor-facing Design Lead Center and related services. “3D Build Designer,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the operator of the service.

This policy explains how information is collected, used, stored and shared when you interact with our website and services.

Depending on how you interact with the service, information may include:

• Business and contact information supplied when requesting a walkthrough, trial, onboarding or support.
• Account and authentication information when contractor accounts are used.
• Customer design submissions, including name, email address, telephone number, project information, building configuration and comments.
• Contractor configuration and lead-delivery information.
• Technical, security and diagnostic information generated when the service is used.
• Subscription and billing metadata if paid billing is enabled later.

When payment processing is enabled, payment card details will be handled by the payment processor and should not be stored directly by 3D Build Designer.

We use information as needed for:

• Providing and operating the service.
• Configuring contractor environments.
• Processing customer building designs.
• Delivering submitted leads to the appropriate subscribing contractor.
• Sending transactional notifications.
• Providing support.
• Managing trials and onboarding.
• Managing subscription and billing activity when enabled.
• Protecting the service from abuse and security threats.
• Maintaining and improving product reliability.

The contractor may independently retain and use that information according to its own privacy practices. Please review the contractor’s privacy information or contact the contractor with questions about its handling of your submission.

3D Build Designer is the software platform facilitating that submission and does not control a contractor’s independent business practices after the lead is delivered.

Information may be processed by infrastructure and service providers used to operate the platform, such as hosting, database, authentication, transactional email and payment-processing providers. These providers may process information as needed to support the services they provide to us.

3D Build Designer does not sell personal information for monetary consideration.

We retain information as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, protect the platform and satisfy legal obligations. Retention may vary depending on the type of information and the purpose for which it is used.

Contractor customers may independently retain customer design submissions after delivery. A request to us does not necessarily remove copies held independently by a contractor.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and operational safeguards to protect information. However, no internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

The service may use browser storage, cookies or similar technical mechanisms that are necessary for authentication, saved settings, product functionality or security.

3D Build Designer is intended for business and general adult use and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the service, please contact us so we can review and address the matter.

You may contact 3D Build Designer at sales@3dbuilddesigner.com to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and operational retention requirements. We may need to verify your identity or authority before acting on a request.

For information independently retained by a subscribing contractor, you may also need to contact that contractor directly.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the platform and business practices change. The updated date will be revised when material changes are made.
